Nobis Cocktailbar

Our bar is a unique cocktail bar, located in the magnificent and deeply historical setting of our lounge. From afternoon aperitifs to late-night cocktails, the ambitious and creative cocktail menu is based on local produce and seasonal ingredients. Enhanced by an impressive ceiling height of 9 meters and a history stretching over nearly a thousand years, the Bar is truly an iconic space to meet and socialize with new and old friends. As day turns into night, smooth beats of carefully selected music set the tone for rememberable evenings. At nighttime, we will also open the doors to our Sun Terrace, inviting you to soak up the last rays of evening sun before dusk brings respite from the Mallorcan summer's heat.

Philip Smith's artwork and two large designer lamps further emphasize the overall design concept by blending original features, such as the unique floor tiles and stone walls, with modern ideas. The warm and welcoming interior is balanced with tones and patterns that convey a vivid and eclectic feel, which, together with a curtain of soft textiles, creates the sophisticated atmosphere of contemporary luxury that is a hallmark of the Nobis Hotel.

During the 17th and 18th centuries, our historic building was at the height of its status and served as the home of wealthy families. At that time, the height of the ceilings was a sign of a family's power and status, which is why the ceiling still boasts an impressive 9 metres from the floor today. In an attempt to create a “room of wonders” to impress visitors, the walls were covered with portraits of family members, historical maps and landscapes. A red painting that can be seen on the original wall is a reminder that dates back to the 15th century.
