Your Arrival

Located in the heart of Palma’s old town, our hotel is surrounded by charming narrow streets with limited vehicle access. To ensure the smoothest possible arrival for you, we highly recommend arranging an airport transfer with us. Our Reception and Concierge teams will be delighted to assist.

Should you wish to explore the island by car during your stay, we can arrange for your rental car to be delivered directly to the hotel at your convenience.

As Palma’s historic centre was not designed with modern parking facilities in mind, we do not have a private parking garage. For guests arriving by car, we recommend Parking Plaça Major SMAP, a public parking garage located approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The daily rate is €25 per day.

ACIRE Zone Information
The hotel is located within an ACIRE restricted traffic zone. Guests are welcome to briefly access the hotel by car for luggage drop-off. However, we kindly ask you to provide your vehicle registration details in advance, or upon arrival, so we can ensure smooth access and help avoid any traffic fines.
