The spa offers both a dry sauna and a full-spectrum infrared sauna, known for its immune-boosting and pain-relieving benefits. Natural materials like Spanish limestone and warm-toned wood create an elegant yet simple atmosphere. Located in a former medieval Muslim palace, the spa features a visible tunnel once used as an escape route, now partly hidden by an elevated garden built in the 18th century.
SUNRISE YOGA ON THE TERRACE
Join us for a rejuvenating start to your Fridays. Our serene sun terrace offers the perfect setting for a refreshing and energizing yoga practice. Open to both hotel guests and externals, each session is designed to help you unwind, relax, and reconnect with yourself.

FITNESS
Situated on the ground level, the gym at Nobis Hotel Palma is equipped with apparatus typical of a modern city fitness space. Here, free weights, an elliptical machine, and a stationary bike are available for use, as well as yoga mats and accessories. The gym is open exclusively to hotel guests of Nobis Hotel Palma.
